Dr Priyanka Sud is the founder of Sydney Cardiac Specialists. She is a consultant cardiologist specialising in cardiac imaging including CT coronary angiography and all modalities of echocardiography (transthoracic, transoesophageal and stress echocardiography). She completed her medical degree at Monash University and basic physicians training at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney. She then undertook specialist cardiology training at Nepean Hospital and Prince of Wales Hospital. Dr Sud completed her Cardiology Imaging Fellowship at Prince of Wales Hospital and is a Level A CTCA Specialist. She has also previously worked at St George Hospital as an Imaging Cardiologist Locum Staff Specialist.
Dr Priyanka Sud has special interests in general and preventative cardiology, structural heart disease, valvular heart disease and heart failure.
Dr Sud consults out of the Sydney Cardiac Specialists clinic at Leichhardt, Bayview Cardiology clinic at Kogarah and Wales Cardiology in Randwick. She holds visiting medical officer (VMO) privileges at the Prince of Wales Private Hospital and Eastern Heart Clinic in Randwick. She is a Honorary Medical Officer (HMO) at Prince of Wales Hospital with public hospital admitting and procedural rights. Dr Sud reports CT coronary angiograms with Spectrum Medical Imaging.
